Our Cover Max fabric is a versatile mid-weight fabric made from 12 oz, 1000D polyester that is PVC-coated. It is 100% waterproof, and UV-resistant. This fabric feels like vinyl, and is perfect for daily use while still offering maximum protection. Next is our Cover Fab fabric that is lightweight with a fabric like feel. Made from 600D polyester with a PVB backing, this cart cover is perfect for a serving tray kept in a shaded or semi-shaded area.
Our Cover Tuff fabric is a PVC-coated 18 oz, 1000D polyester that is UV-resistant, waterproof, tear-proof, and impervious to rust, abrasions, and tears. This fabric is your armor for when the weather conditions become extreme.
All our fabrics are top-notch, and we offer a 3-year warranty on our Cover Max and Cover Fab fabric, and a 5-year warranty on our Cover Tuff fabric.
Different Tie-Down Options are Available on Our Custom Cart Covers
We offer a choice of tie-downs with our cart covers. Our tie-down options include drawstring, elastic at the bottom, push clips to secure legs, split zipper, and push clip with elastic at the bottom. All of these provide security to the custom cart covers and ensure that they stay intact and in place no matter how windy it gets.
To give the tray cart covers additional support, we also provide grommets made from super-quality, rust-free brass metal. Our grommets can be added at every 6 inches, 12 inches and 24 inches.
